REWARDS ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Log in to the secure site on ameriprise.com and go to your Rewards Account Activity to view your rewards points balance, earning and redemption activity, plus Expiring Rewards Schedule. To view your rewards points expiration schedule, click the Expiring Rewards Schedule on your Rewards Account Activity page.

Rewards points expire five years from the last day of the month in which the rewards points post to your rewards account, unless otherwise required by law. If your Contact Information in your Profile on the Ameriprise secure site shows a New York State address on file, your rewards points expiration schedule includes a 90-day grace period to redeem your rewards points.
